You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. You can also send the sample cancellation form or another clear declaration to our e-mail address <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:indalmarkt@indalmarkt.de\"><strong>indalmarkt@indalmarkt.de<\/strong><\/a><strong> to us. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation without delay (e.g. by e-mail).<\/strong>\n\n<strong>To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.<\/strong>\n\n<strong>Consequences of cancellation<\/strong>\n\n<strong>If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/strong>\n\n<strong>You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. It does not apply to the separate delivery of goods).<\/em><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prices and shipping costs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. Excluded from VAT are photovoltaic systems for sale or delivery to Germany to private individuals, as a zero tax rate applies to these in accordance with \u00a712 ABS 3 USTG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping basket system and on the order page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivery is only possible within Germany.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days, depending on the product category.
